How to train a dog that is not treat or toy motivated?

My therapy dogs are trained with praise only. It works very well when done correctly. Work with a good trainer to understand it better. The reason I chose this method of training is that I wanted dogs that were consistently well-behaved whether I had a bribe in my hand or not.
