Is an offer of USD 5000 (approx 18,750 SAR) per month a good salary in Riyadh?

I live in K.S.A ,,, I cant answer most of your questions, but trust me.. its a torment over here... never even think about leaving Singapore...NO HUMAN RIGHTS, NO FREEDOM, NO SECURITY, NO STANDARD OF LIVING, NO LAWS... this country is terrible!
