Increase of Indian engineer and future unemployment?

I am not Indian, but government action is probably not necessary. Usually the companies hiring know which colleges provide good education and degrees and which ones do not. A degree is only as good as companies believe it to be, adn if companies have bad experiences with graduates from certain schools, they will not hire those people and those degrees will be worth less than the degrees from good schools.
