What's the best black eyeshadow?

I wear smokey eyes everyday, I need a matte true black eyeshadow that stays on all day. I have Two Faced Shadow Insaurance, an eyeshadow base, but just the eyeshadow creases and loses it's color in a couple hours. Oh, and I also need a good quality black eyeliner that stays on my waterline all day, do you have any recommendations?
