Why SIKHs must be very careful of HINDU meat product sellers?

Most meat in India is halal. Muslims have a monopoly on the meat industry of India mainly due to Hinduism discouraging eating meat, so Hindus avoided getting involved in that kind of business. That's why Sikhs typically order meat from eastern India where Christians have more control of the meat industry since Christians don't ritually slaughter the animals.
