Fungal infection or eczema, help!!!!?

i have eczema in creases on my arms, started gettin it about 6 months ago. i then came to realise i have a fungal infection in my groin, i have been using the cream and its been working well, but i think it may have spread onto my penis, but i duno whether its eczema or fungus. iv never had eczema there b4. the only way to describe it would be blotchy, red and dry! then wen i put the fungal cream on it is just red and a bit blotchy. iv used anti-fungal cream for 2 weeks now, 1 week o my penis. do u think its fungus or eczema?? i really do not know. thanks for any answers its appreciated
