Can someone help me with my landlord? She is a nightmare!?

My ex landlord is refusing to give me back my deposit. When I moved into the house I offered her to come and mark down any damages she saw before i moved in. she said that wasn't necessary. I did this because I redid the hardwood floors. I also did all the cleaning and painting before moving in. Was freezing cold outside but she wouldn't allow me to turn heat on because heat was still in her name. I could smell musty moldy in the basement. when I was in the basement cleaning it felt like something was growing in my throat. the landlord said that is because the house had been empty for a while. every time it rained basement flooded BAD. she didn't fix that. Window in basement had NO window in it. In winter my house was 60 degrees when heat was set at 72. (in the one room directly above the window with no window). I said something to her on Mothers Day when she showed up at the house, about the window and she said it would be fixed but not for me. The next renters would have all the things that I was asking fixed fixed for them. I taped this conversation only because my husband thought I was making up on how she treated me and I was appalled that she said that to me. During winter when humidifier needed to be ran, walls would have brown stuff running from the ceiling. She said that wasn't her fault. Mold is growing on brand new windows she just put in last fall and is also growing on the ceiling in the corner of my sons bedroom and in my other sons bedroom is growing on the crease of the ceiling and wall, the last straw was the water heater. It was wet on the floor by the water heater and she knew about it for 2 months before I moved out, and she never did anything about it. She denied knowing about it, but on Mothers day I told her again, I moved out May 31st, and the water heater was still not working right. My husband spoke with her last night and asked her what was going on with our deposit and she said with all the damage that we did, she didn't think there would be a deposit. She was never in the house to see if there was any damage done before we moved in. Her daughter was the one that lived there before us. She is blaming her daughters accidents on us. I offered her to come to see the house and she said no. There was a fridge that is probably 25 years old and she is saying that we will be paying for that to because it is not working. After living there for 8 months, at her and her daughters request, she asked my husband and his company to redo the driveway because it was asphalt and they wanted cement, him being a machine operator for a large excavating company they wanted to get a good deal. She did alright. Not a dime was taken off our rent. We supplied the helpers, food, of course the beers for the guys who had to work on a Saturday for free, and not until this past year did we find out that we were charged for the re-bar and gravel for the driveway. Can someone tell me what I can do about this woman? DO I have a good case here? I should also tell you that I have video tape from when I moved and also took more video when I moved out along with pictures.. I know and learned for this that I will never live somewhere without having a lease. She said that was not necessary because me and her daughter were friends. I should have you know that I am a very clean neat orderly person. Me and my husband are what you could call the dream tenants.THe landlord said the only thing she is responsible for was the property taxes and that was it. Oh and the weekend of Mothers Day, the city sewer backed up in the basement, and she wanted us to pay for the bill to call the plumber in only to find out that it was a city problem. Then when we made a claim with our insurance for the things that we lost, she wanted to add that bill to our claim and the drywall that needs taken out because it was saturated in sewer. Random bleeding pinprick mark on my arm, help?

I have eczema on the back of my knees and where my arm bends in the middle. I have always had it, it is quite mild apart from when I scratch it or wear a material that it reacts with, when it then becomes very sore. But I started getting very severely itchy lately. I shaved the front of my lower region, (I am a girl) and it was fine. But then 2 days later it became sore and itchy and a rash came up at the top on the crease between the leg and the front of the crotch. I assumed it was because of the shaving. But then my eczema got very sore and itchy on my arms and legs, and the rash on my crotch spread up to my stomach. It also appeared around the armpit, on my bottom and under each cheek. It has now appeared on my breasts and underneath them. I don't know whether this is just my ezcema or due to the fact I have been scratching because of the intense itchiness. How to potty train 5 month old hyper puppy?

I have marked his timing wen he does his potty. I keep waking up with eye creases?

For the past week or two, I've been waking up with eye creases under my eyes. It is really starting to annoy me because I feel like they're going to stay permanent. My right eye crease is starting to look more prominent than my left one. I try sleeping on my back, but I am a side sleeper, I can't help it. Help with Pixia color selecting?

Hello. I downloaded Pixia this last night, and it has been better than any drawing program I used before. BUT! The thing is, I made custom colors to color a picture I made, but I found when I changed to a new custom color, I couldn't get back to the other one. I tried right clicking, but it didn't do a thing. When I first installed it, I might have changed the right click command, but I'm not sure. I checked, and my right button on my mouse does work on other things. Is there a way to manually select colors? I've check many times, and I haven't seen anything. Could there be a glitch in my program? Hello, I tried to boot up my laptop today and got this "lsass.exe application error - The application failed to initialize properly (0Xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application." I am pretty sure it is the Lsass.exe error and not the isass.exe error, but I am not 100%, the lowercase L and capital i seem the same to me. Anyway, I tried booting in Safe Mode, in Safe Mode with Command Prompt, and tried opening Task Manager like every other answer on this site and Google said to. However, I cannot even get to Task Manager! All my laptop does it pop up the error and revert back to the old original windows background from when I bought the computer (not even my current desktop image), The screen is like this for hours! Ctrl+ALT+DEL does not work, CTRL+Shfit+Esc does not work. I do not know how to run a registry cleaner or antivirus from my USB drive or SD Card without the start program! I do not even know how to run them from Task Manager. I cannot even GET to Task Manager! I tried putting a registry cleaner into my USB drive, but how do I load my USB drive from nothing? How do I even load it from Task Manager? (assuming I can even get Task Manager to ever work again). I cannot load the Windowx CD because it is a LAPTOP and has NO CD PORT! Please help! What is this on my foot?

This is so embarrassing. For the longest time I have had this thing on my foot that resembles a weird rash, but it does not itch. It never goes away. Basically, its tiny brown skin patches all along the sides of my feet. They are mostly in the area where the foot has the creases (next to that little ankle bone that is shaped like a ball), and on the other side close to where the foot usually arches. Sometimes I get frustrated and try to scratch the patches off with something sharp, and some of the patches come off. But they just come back. It is very frustrating because nobody ever knows what it is, and I don't know what kind of doctor could help this condition. I really want to get a pedicure, but I dread the look I will get when they see the sides of my feet.

Hanging Polo Shirts in Closet?

I have a ton of polo shirts and hang them up in my closet on wood hangers. Creases have developed on some of them and I know it's mostly from the wash/dry but I did some searching to see if the way I was hanging them was contributing...they get pretty pushed together most of the time. Swollen lump, hurts really bad?

There is a swollen lump in the crease of where my thigh and vagina meet. It's very painful, and I have no idea what it is. I've looked up possible diagnoses online, the only things I could find that come close to it was a cyst. The only difference is that all there stories have a happy ending about taking a 30 minute hot bath, have a head develop on it, and popping it. Well when I took a thirty minute bath in hot water, it just got even more sore and tender. It used to not hurt as bad, but it's getting to the point where I have to walk with my legs spread apart a little, and I have to sit with my legs spread out. I can't wear pants , i have to wear loose soffe shorts. and the underwear rubs against it, it's so painful:( I'm not sexually active, but I do shave down there. Usually ingrown hairs go away. The lump is about as thick as a soda bottle cap, and as long as the three keys top to bottom on the number keypad, like, numbers 7,4,and1. What sport would I be good at?

I'm a 13 year old girl. I'm a very strong swimmer. I enjoy watersports. But I want to know what sports I should try (not watersports). I'm alright at badminton, so tennis is an option. I like gaelic football, I have the skill (good aim, strong kick and pass) but I'm tackled very easily. I hate basketball. I like hockey (not ice-hockey) but there's no team in my locality. Soccer/ football I'm an right player but I don't enjoy playing, Watching is better. We don't play baseball or american football over here, so they're out too. I like watching rugby and i play a little tag rugby, but the team is all boys (12-16) and 2 girls (15&16). Badminton and tennis seem to be my best match. I also enjoy riding quads and dune-buggiess, but that's not really a sport. I find golf boring after 5 minutes. And I don't like ridin horses. I did tae-kwon-do, I was brilliant at the kicks and stuff, but to get out next belt we had to learn 'patterns' which could take upto 5 minutes to do. We had a few sessions to learn them. I messed up at a gradin and the world grand mast, master Lo started yelling at me and i got upset (I was........9) and that was the end of me and martial arts. It was too tough. I felt like I was dying in training. They wanted us to train 4 nights a week when we git ou next belt! I was more than 1/2 way to black belt!

i have eczema in creases on my arms, started gettin it about 6 months ago. i then came to realise i have a fungal infection in my groin, i have been using the cream and its been working well, but i think it may have spread onto my penis, but i duno whether its eczema or fungus. iv never had eczema there b4. the only way to describe it would be blotchy, red and dry! then wen i put the fungal cream on it is just red and a bit blotchy. iv used anti-fungal cream for 2 weeks now, 1 week o my penis. do u think its fungus or eczema?? i really do not know. thanks for any answers its appreciated

Need help with a Waiver for the National Guard?

I wrote a question a week ago explaining my situation so Im not going to go into great detail. I am trying to get a waiver to join the California Army National Guard. I received a RE 4 JHJ from the Navy Reserves in 2007. I know I messed up big time but I am serious about reenlisting and I also know its more than likely not going to happen but I am still holding out hope. Does anyone know if the California Guard is accepting waivers for RE 4s? Or if there are any states accepting RE 4s? I have wrote a letter to United States Army Recruiting Command a week ago explaining my situation and I am waiting for a response. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Why did military recruiter lie to someone who was volunteering to join?

Know this woman who was in the military many years ago. She told me that her Navy recruiter lied to her. She wanted to be an Airedale (airplanes) but the recruiter told her that he was going to enlist her as a seaman ( ships) so she could go in sooner and that when she got to boot camp she could switch over to the other, aviation. When she got to boot camp, she was told this was not possible because she had already signed the papers and enlisted as a seaman. She said her initial plan was to retire from the military but that it changed once she got to her first command station as a deck person. She said she just about lost her mind at her first duty station which had a reputation for being a bad assignment. Question is: why would a recruiter lie to someone who was VOLUNTEERING to go fight for their country? If people did not volunteer, they would have to draft them instead. im 15. only 1 eyebrow sags down and makes 1 of my eyes look really small, sometimes It doesn't sag as much and the size difference of my eyes isn't as noticeable. I think it is worse when i don't get enough sleep but i'm not sure. How to completely reset terminal?

I'm on OS X 10.6.7 and I blindly entered in some commands into Terminal. Now, every time I open up a Terminal window it tells me my .bash_profile access denied followed by lots of -bash: $ command found. I think I've set it so every time it opens it tries to run this command. How do I stop that?

It is common to take longer to show during your first pregnancy (although I had to buy maternity pants before 12 weeks :-/). You are just barely over half way through your pregnancy so give it some time and I swear to you, you will wake up one day and look in the mirror and be in shock when you see yourself. It seems to "pop out" over night. It won't be long and you will have the basket-ball-under-your-shirt look and hopefully no stretchmarks. Congrats!

iam using broad band named wi5 in my locality in which they provided me an WAN router for it and also i am using bsnl broadband with an optin of wi-fi. now my question is when is site surveyed in the WAN router i found out that it also absorbing the wifi signal from my bsnl broadband modem , but when i tried to connect it it fails to connect. is there any way to connect to tat wifi signal ?
