Change monolids to double lids ?

My eyes are uneven, at least my eye lids are. My right eye is double lidded, and my left eye is a monolid. I dislike it because it makes my makeup uneven and such. Is there any way for me to change the creasing of the monolidded eye? This has been bothering me because it makes me look funky. Picture and reality. And yeah, I'm Asian (Hmong, more specifially) [since its mainly us (western) who have monolids].
