I am diabetic patient. Recently i got married. Now i am facing some problem?

The only thing which will really help you a well controlled blood sugar AND lot of exercise . The problem in Diabetics is because of poor circulation & 45 minutes of brisk walk/treadmill which really fastens ur heart rate & breathing rate is needed plus at least 30 minutes of muscle workout with weights , a trekking in the jungle is extremely good , whenever get chance & go there .
