HELP-I have a pimple and must attend a BIG party?

i am going to a VERY big graduation party ( i am graduating the 6th grade and entering middle school!) We are going to a VERY expensive party in a few days (this friday) and that monday i have the actually graduation. there are going to be ALOT of pictures and I have this BIG RAW RED PIMPLE IN THE CREASE OF MY NOSE NEXT 2 MY NOSTRIL!!! ITS RIGHT ON MY NOSE! it hurts and it used to be a whitehead. i need it gone ASAP!!! I already use clean and clear pimple gel, neutrogena grapefruit acne wash, stridex pads, and clearasil tinted pimple cream, its NOT GOING AWAY helpppp! any practical things that i can do quickly, in a budget to get rid of this pimple in 3 days....this friday!!
