What is fate of CPM cadre after the fall of CPM government in West Bengal of India?

Trinomol Congress under the leadership of Momata is in power in West Bengal. CPM was a cadre based Party. It was found in every locality, there is a CPM office functioning by the young boys and girls of CPM cadre. Mostly they were energetic active unemployed youngsters. They were engaged in the office with little money and utilized by the government in rally, protest or any other kind of Party works. When Government changes, the police work force changes its side, but these youngsters will naturally tend to switch sides but the people may not accept it easily. They have no force like police to prevent the public outrage. What is the fate of these youngsters?
