I have obtained 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler licences separately in different period of times.Can I get them in one?

I got my 2 wheeler licence some 10 years back. Now,I have obtained 4 wheeler licence also. Can I get both in single licence? Moreover,I have shifted to a new locality where I've purchased a new house and it is going to be my permanent residence. So,I want to include my permanent address in the licence. Can I have it? What I have to do to get my desire to be fulfilled?
