Crease in Rainbow Sandals?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but from what it sounds , it seems like a manufactuers defect and there is no way ( that I know of ) to fix them, if you can pull out the crease maybe pull out the crease and then clamp it so it will stay that way, other wise i think you have to get a new pair, this problem should be covered under the warranty
