I have a double crease on one eyelid :(?

My left eyelid has a doubly crease while my right eye is a single. My right eye is what my lids used to look like. On occasion my eyelid would go back to its original state, but only for a short time. I just need an answer to help fix this problem before it gets anymore worse.
