Old game from around 2000?

There was a game, almost like command and conquer, where you buikt robots and mechs. I remember you built pilot farms for the robots, and had a central circle where you built them. You could also build vehicles. You could right on the surface, underground and in space on metiors as well. Please help mee haha, thank you.
