What will be the value of BCA degree if i do it from punjab technical university learning center.?

i have completed 10+2 and planning to do BCA. A few days back two people came to my house and said if m interested in BCA then i should do it from PTU institute at our locality. . . .. . . . these days m confused about what should i do. . .. . . will they really provide me the degree of PTU.
