Where do i find the FORWARD SLASH KEY on my Sony Vaio desktop?

I keep have a window update problem and I need the Forwrd Slash key to use the command to see wheter or not it was indeed installed. please help am using window xp sp3 these 2 updates keep trying to install since the first on june have already checked not to ask me again but everytime i open or close my pc it says i have Critical Updates to Install. Please Help
