How to ask mom about makeup?

What I would do is just go for it. Put it on how you want to wear it and just go up to her. Ask if it looks nice, See what she says! If she tells you that it looks nice, ask her if it can become permanent ! If she freaks out just tell her you were experimenting cause you were bored. Good luck Hun! (:
