In the game Oblivion i downloaded the mod Ushnars "Skinned Hound Essential". Fido is invisible. How can i fix?

I can do all the different commands and change the attributes. I tried changing the Chameleon to see if that worked but it didnt. Does anyone know how to make him visible. Is it something to do with the data?
