I get disgusting boils and abscesses under my breast and my fiance loves big breast.. what should i tell him ?

I have been getting boils under my breast since i was 13 years old. Its so disgusting and embarrassing to have. I have had 3 surgeries and it still does not fix the problem. My past sexual partners always wondered why i never let them touch my breast. Now that i am getting married soon, i dont know what to do. IM SO scared he will be grossed out by the amount of boils i have under and in the crease of my breast. They are extremely painful and i just had a HUGE boil burst today and the puss is al over everything. And it smell so bad. The boils wont go away, they keep coming all the time. And when i stress it gets worse. Doctors have gave me altimatums and told me things i should do.. So please no one tell me how i should lance them open. I know on my wedding night he will want to play with my breast, but he cant because i am leaking full of terrible boil puss. Sometimes i dont even have boils and i just leak puss on the crease line of my breast. And sometimes it smells bad and sometimes it doesnt. I also get boils under my left arm pit.... 90% of the time he will not be abe to play with my breast. Im afraid he will leave me because of the disgusting boils and because i wont let him touch my breast. He says he loves everything about me. but telling him about my stinky breast boils is the most embarrassing and BIG thing i will have to do in my life. And i think he will leave me. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
