Is this normal? Why did this happen?

I stayed up until 5AM then I woke up at 6AM. I only had an hour of sleep. So, at 7PM I went to bed and woke up at 10PM. I had this painful/ irritatingly itchy feeling in my right ear. I showed my mom and I don't remember what she said. I know she said my right eye could be allergies. Then I went back to bed and I woke up today at 11AM and I had this rash on the left side of my face and on my chest. Every time I touch my right ear, I feel wet stuff, dry skin, and the side near my ear is red near the crease and it itches horribly. What should I do? I remember, my dad said it could be a bug bite by a bug you can't see. I don't remember what it's called. I think it starts with a C. Is this normal?
