What is this rash I have?

So, I have this seeming rash on the inside of my vagina and some surrounding areas inside the crease. My boyfriend and I have not had sex, and I am still a virgin. Plus neither of us have come in contact or have STD's. But, it itches like hell and I want it to go away. Any ideas on what it may be or how I may get rid of it? (No doctors. I WILL not EVER go see one. They are one of my biggest fears) Thanks :)
